Job Context

 New York, Shanghai, Tokyo, Silicon Valley, Singapore & Dubai style first green field Smart City is looking for top notch Real Estate sales marketing talents for our Corporate office located in Gulshan-2 is inviting applications for  Manager (HR & Admin) in real estate land development projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Performance Appraisal Management, Training & Development.
  • Develop and implement proper manpower planning.
  • Organizing and Maintaining Personal Files of all employees and verifying all documents in relation to joining employees.
  • Monitor the progress of the Employee KPIs and Performance Appraisal.
  • Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate new joining employees and facilitate employee separation with the final settlement.
  • Monitor leave, attendance, yearly increments, salary adjustments, and individual salary statements.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the HR team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
  • Supervise and manage employee relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances, and other related activities.
  • To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues.
  • Communicate with Compliance Auditors, Fire and Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc.
  • Maintain liaison with all business units and branches.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGD in HRM will be given preference.
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRM

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Previous experience in HR is crucial, typically ranging from 5 to 7 years or more. Experience in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is valuable.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential. The candidate should be able to manage office operations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries.
  • As an Assistant Manager, the candidate should be able to lead and mentor HR and administrative staff.
  • The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them efficiently.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential in HR and admin roles.
  • Experience or skills in project management can be advantageous, especially for handling HR initiatives and programs.
