Times Square Smart City Special Investment Region (SIR) Details
Times Square Smart City Special Investment Region (SIR) will be a unique smart city in Purbachal across from Purbachal sector-28, which is very important to inform fellow citizens.
When you see the modern management of progressive cities abroad, you must wonder why our city is unlike Tokyo and Shanghai. Different from Dubai, Silicon Valley, Seattle, Berlin, Singapore, or London.
Why are our residential houses, high-rise buildings, and Non-vertical Multipurpose Commercial Structure Sky Scrapers, unlike other developed countries? Because, lack of adequate parking facilities. Lack of intelligent road management and traffic management. Few Local & NRB dreamer entrepreneurs started dreaming this project back in 2002. It took almost 20 years of hard work to organize the project. Finally, Times Square Smart City is about to launch to the fellow citizens of Bangladesh.
Times Square will become the country’s first smart city to fill these deficiencies where there is smart road management, smart traffic management, smart hospital, Smart Infrastructure, Smart Waste Management & Smart Water Management. A system is being built connected with artificial intelligence or AI system. There are wireless sensors everywhere.
Any smart city construction process is usually done in two parts, one is a brownfield smart city, and the second is green field smart city. The difference is that the pre-existing city or the conversion of an old city into a smart city will be a brownfield smart city, which is extremely expensive!
But Times Square is the country’s first greenfield smart city, which is turning the barren land into a smart city where American heavy-weight retail giants: like Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Ikea, and Best Buy, Fast-food Giant: like McDonald’s & Taco bell; Tech Giant: There are many other big companies like Microsoft & Oracle. There are also entirely separate residential and commercial zones with built-in sophisticated and highly planned designs. There is about 80 km long Fresh Water Lake.
Due to scarcity of space, land developers tend to move away from the idea of wide roads and civic amenities and focus on increasing the number of plots. As a result, after implementation, the project takes the form of a planned slum. Around 60% of Times Square Smart City is earmarked for wide roads and civic amenities. So that you don’t have to face any restrictions to construct high-rise buildings and get other civic amenities on your hard-earned income plots.
Four types of easy logistics connectivity are essential for a business-friendly environment. The first is Smart Road Connectivity, which has an 14-lane superfast Purbachal Expressway and a 150-feet wide road within the project. The second is the Naval Port, built on the Shitalaksya River adjacent to Times Square Smart City. The third is the Airport, which is just off the project. Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport is located 20 minutes away. Fourth, train communication, in this case, Metrorail, to be happening! You can easily reach the country’s first planned Times Square Smart City with all these modern communication systems.
Initially, as a result of this, employment opportunities are created for 1 lakh people directly and more than 10 lakh people indirectly.
Times Square Smart City is developing high-quality trunk infrastructure to improve the dig-free system, i.e., avoid digging holes again and again. In a word, prevent the idea of Man at work, man always at work.
Various public and private agencies are constantly busy digging pot-holes in our cities at various times. The Times Square Smart City is a once-underground management of trunk infrastructure controlled by ICT or “Information Communication Technology.” Based on this, the entire smart city activities will be conducted.
Sewer lines are going down, gas pipelines are going down; all kinds of drainage lines are going down. Even if it rains heavily, there is no chance of the roads getting submerged in water. The world’s number one architectural firm and city planner company Gensler Design Technology, California, USA helps the most advanced trunk management systems under the ground, exists here.
If you notice, there is no source of clean water in the river around Dhaka! So the question may be, why not? Because the industrial waste of the city is accumulating in the river through various drains and canals. Along with this, toxic chemicals are also being released, due to which the river water is becoming toxic and polluting the air and the surrounding environment. The ecosystem of the land property and the entire public life around it are being polluted. Today water, air, and Land are all getting polluted.
So what is the solution? The solution is Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). State-of-the-art ETP management housed in Times Square. This is the Times Square Smart City vision.
Times Square Smart City has a centrally controlled hub for smooth coordination of all activities, which Artificial Intelligence or AI controls. The hub is called the ABCT building. This ABCT building is connected with all the wireless sensors in such a way when any car disobeys the red light; a report will be sent to the ABCT building; if there is a fire in any building, a report will be sent to the ABCT building, if there is any accident somewhere, a report will be sent to the ABCT building. In case of any accident, the ABCT building will be alerted.
What is the meaning of the ABCT building? This means the Administrative & Business Center of the Times Square building. This is an essential building in Times Square, where you will get all your business-related activities solved in one day with all kinds of control systems; in a word, all papers of plots are clear, all processes are clear!
